Kado is a focused interval timer for simple, repeatable workouts and custom Work and Rest sequences. Create a routine once, then start it with one tap. Keep it simple with an optional Get Ready countdown, one Work duration, one Rest duration, and the number of intervals. Rest appears only between Work intervals—never after the final interval. For more flexibility, enable Advanced and give each Work and Rest step its own duration. Scan the compact sequence, tap a step to edit, and add or reorder steps to suit your workout. Switch between simple and advanced modes while keeping both configurations. FEATURES • Save and reorder reusable routines • Create custom sequences with individually timed Work and Rest steps • See when you last used each routine • Clear, glanceable countdown in portrait or landscape • Pause, resume, skip, restart, and repeat • Optional spoken phase announcements while Kado is open • Sounds, haptics, and transition notifications • Light, dark, and system appearance • Dynamic Type and VoiceOver support • English, German, French, Polish, and Dutch • No accounts, ads, analytics, or cloud services Kado works completely offline. Your routines stay on your iPhone.
