Settld is your personal UK ILR compliance tracker. If you're on a 5-year route to Indefinite Leave to Remain, one rule matters: you must not spend more than 180 days outside the UK in any rolling 12-month window. Get this wrong and your ILR application could be refused. Settld takes the guesswork out of that rule. ◆ REAL-TIME COMPLIANCE DASHBOARD See your current rolling-window status at a glance. A colour-coded indicator shows instantly whether you're in good standing, approaching the limit, or have already exceeded it. No manual calculation required. ◆ TRIP PLANNER WITH BREACH DETECTION Planning a holiday or a family visit abroad? Enter your dates before you book. Settld instantly stress-tests the trip against your entire travel history and tells you whether it's safe — or exactly which window it would breach and by how many days. ◆ AUTOMATIC PRESENCE CHECKS The app periodically checks whether your device is in the UK using low-accuracy location data. No GPS coordinates are ever stored — only a simple "in UK" or "absent" flag. If a check is missed, you'll get a gentle prompt to confirm your status. Unknown days default to absent to keep your record conservative and safe. ◆ 5-YEAR TRAVEL HISTORY Log every departure and return. See a complete, chronological record of all trips — confirmed and planned — with absence counts calculated using the same part-day rule the Home Office applies. ◆ SAFE TRAVEL ALLOWANCE Wondering how many days you can spend abroad this year? Settld shows your remaining allowance today and projects how it changes over the next 30, 90, and 180 days as older windows expire. ◆ PEAK WINDOW TRACKING Find the worst-case 12-month window across your entire qualifying period. Understand exactly where your heaviest travel falls and whether it puts your application at risk. ◆ KEY DATES AT A GLANCE Your ILR eligibility date, earliest application date, and a live countdown — all computed automatically from your visa grant date and UK entry date. ◆ PRIVACY FIRST • Raw location data is never stored — only a yes/no UK presence flag • All data stays on your device by default ◆ PREMIUM CLOUD BACKUP Your 5-year travel record lives on a single device. If that device is lost or the app is deleted, your data is gone. Premium subscribers get encrypted cloud backup so their record can be restored after a fresh install. One account, one device, one secure backup. --- Settld is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the UK Home Office. Always consult a qualified immigration adviser for decisions about your ILR application.
