ArmoryHub is an all-in-one firearms inventory and records platform where your data is encrypted on your device before it is ever sent anywhere. It uses zero-knowledge, end-to-end encryption, so the servers that sync your collection only hold ciphertext. We can’t read your inventory, and neither can anyone who gets into our database. It runs on iPhone, iPad and Mac, and in any browser at portal.armoryhub.app, so it also works on Android, Linux and Windows. Changes sync between devices automatically. An internet connection is required. SECURITY AND PRIVACY Everything is encrypted with AES-256-GCM, including photos and documents. You unlock with a PIN, with attempts rate-limited on the server, or with an optional longer passphrase. Because we never hold your keys, we can’t recover a forgotten PIN or passphrase, so choose one you will remember. There are no ads, no third-party analytics or tracking, and no selling of data. EVERYTHING WORKS TOGETHER Every part of ArmoryHub talks to the others, so you enter things once. Log a range trip and the rounds are added to each firearm’s count, the ammunition comes out of your stock, and the trip’s cost is calculated from the ammo you used. Those round counts also drive rounds-based maintenance reminders and your rounds-since-cleaning figure. Swap a part between firearms and each one keeps the change in its own history, giving you a full change log. Log a reloading session and the components come out of your inventory while the finished rounds go into your ammo. Purchases, values and stock levels feed the dashboard and reports automatically. INVENTORY Each firearm has its own record with photos, specifications, serial number, purchase details, current value, storage location, condition and attached documents such as receipts, manuals and more. Ammunition is tracked by caliber and type with stock alerts, and is deducted automatically when you log range trips or reloads. Accessories and optics can be assigned to more than one firearm. Parts can be installed, swapped and removed between firearms, with a full change history. NFA ITEMS Track Form 1 and Form 4 submissions, tax stamp numbers, approval dates, and whether an item is registered to a trust or an individual. Wait times are calculated from your filing date. RELOADING Keep inventory of powder, primers, bullets and brass, save load recipes, and log each session with the rounds produced. Component stock goes down as you load and finished loads are added to your ammo inventory for use in range trips. RANGE TRIPS AND DOPE Log a session with several firearms and several ammunition types, add photos and notes, and record DOPE (data on previous engagement). Round counts per firearm update automatically, and the ammunition used comes out of inventory. MAINTENANCE Schedule maintenance by date or by rounds fired, get notified when it is due, and see rounds since last cleaning for each firearm. Every entry keeps its date and cost. PEOPLE AND LICENSES Record licenses, certifications and memberships for the people in your household, with expiration alerts ahead of renewals. DASHBOARD AND REPORTS The dashboard is made of cards you can drag and resize. It shows collection value by category, spending, caliber distribution, appreciation, and alerts for low stock, maintenance and NFA waits. Reports cover full inventory with photos and values, purchase and disposal logs, and maintenance history, and a custom builder with filters and saved queries lets you build your own. Export to PDF or CSV for insurance or your own records. FREE AND PRO Free includes up to 3 firearms, 3 accessories, 3 ammunition types and 1 photo per item, with the same encryption as Pro. Pro removes those limits and adds unlimited photos, reloading, range trips, reports, NFA tracking, maintenance, the dashboard, and licenses and certifications.

Armorer is the firearm maintenance tracker built for serious shooters. Know exactly what every gun in your collection needs — and when it needs it. Round counts, maintenance logs and service intervals, so you know when a cleaning, a spring replacement or a detail strip is due. A service record for your firearms, the way you'd track oil changes for your vehicle. ROUND COUNT TRACKING Log every range session with ammo details including manufacturer, type, and grain weight. Running totals update automatically for every firearm you own. Log malfunctions by type — failure to feed, failure to eject, stovepipe, double feed — and add a photo or a short video, because a jam is easier to explain with a picture of it. SERVICE INTERVALS AND HISTORY Set maintenance intervals by round count or by time, and get told 7 days ahead and again on the day. Behind that, a complete service log for every gun: what was done, when, and how many rounds ago. FIREARM REPORT Every round, malfunction and service on one firearm, gathered into a single report. Read it in the app — tap any figure to see the logs behind it — or export a PDF: reliability by ammunition load, every malfunction with the round count it happened at, and the photos from those logs. Keep it, send it to a gunsmith, or hand it to a buyer with the gun. RANGE SESSIONS Log an entire trip in one save. The date, the place, how long you were there, and every firearm you ran — instead of logging six guns one at a time. Each gun still keeps its own round count, history, and service intervals. MAGAZINES Record what you own, what each holds, and which guns they fit. One entry covers the whole stack. Extended baseplates are tracked too, with the maker and the rounds they add. SHOT TIMER IMPORT Connect a Shooters Global timer over Bluetooth and pull your shots straight in. Nothing to run at the firing line — shoot the way you always have, then import when you're done and say which firearm fired what. VOICE LOGGING Say what you shot and Armorer fills in the rest. Round counts, malfunctions, and maintenance, without typing at the range. PARTS AND MODIFICATIONS Log every aftermarket part — triggers, barrels, sights, grips, slides. The ones that move between guns are tracked properly: move a slide to another firearm and the swap is recorded on both, with each part keeping the list of what it's been mounted on. GEAR & ACCESSORIES Track optics, lights, suppressors, and accessories with their own service intervals and battery replacement reminders. AMMO INVENTORY Track your stock on hand by brand, caliber, type, and grain. Deduct automatically when you log a range session, and see your totals by caliber at a glance. IPHONE AND IPAD Your data syncs across every device you sign in on, and the iPad puts the list beside what you're looking at. Anything can be stored in two places at once — the safe and the range bag — and the filters match either. FOR REVIEWERS AND T&E Mark a firearm as a loaner, add a deadline when there is one, and generate a testing report written for the manufacturer that lent it. Group a build from several brands into one collaboration project, tracked from pitched through to published. FREE AND PRO Free for up to 2 firearms, 5 pieces of gear, 5 ammo entries and 5 magazines — and round logging, service intervals, maintenance history and range sessions stay free at every tier, forever. Pro removes the limits and adds shot timer import, voice logging, video, PDF reports, documents, value tracking and data export. PRIVACY FIRST Serial numbers are zero-knowledge encrypted — we cannot read them even if we wanted to. Your data is never sold or shared, and there are no ads.
