Three picked for you and one shared for everyone. You pick one and only one. You're in for 7 days. Every day you do the thing and take a photo - one tap, no filters, no editing. The photo gets a date and lands in your scrapbook. Miss a day, that day stays empty. The gaps are part of the record. The point isn't to be perfect. The point is to do things! The community quest One of the four quests each week is the shared one - a pick anyone using the app can opt into. Choose it and you're in alongside everyone else who also picked it that week, your friends included if you can talk them into the same one. After your daily check-in you see how the rest of the cohort answered the day's poll - what they cooked, how cold the shower really was, whether they made it past day three.
