LapLog is a minimalist stopwatch built around a single idea: every lap deserves a name. Tap any lap to rename it on the fly and turn anonymous splits into a real record. Sessions get titled and archived to a history view you can revisit later. Switch on Parallel Laps when you've got multiple things on the clock at once - every named timer keeps running independently until you stop the session, so the fish, the corn, and the burgers each have their own elapsed time at the end.

Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: LapLog at none against MindTodo's shown. LapLog also leads on update cadence (daily vs fortnightly). MindTodo's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
