That small physical step breaks the automatic “just checking” reflex and makes you pause for a moment to ask yourself whether you actually want to open the app or if it is simply habit. You can create Focus Modes for work, family time, sleep, or anything else tailored to your day, and enjoy the feeling of a quieter phone that supports your life instead of interrupting it.
