Running late? Tap once and your whole day rebuilds itself. Set is a planner built around time. Every task has a length and a start time, so you always know what is next and when your day will really finish. When the morning slips, you don't redo the maths in your head. You tap Reschedule, and everything moves. ONE-TAP RESCHEDULE - Everything overdue moves forward from right now, in order - Meetings and tasks pinned to a time keep their slot, and the rest fit around them - Plan more than a day can hold and Set tells you, then moves the overflow to the days ahead - Nothing is quietly shortened to fit: six hours of work never becomes four - Drag to reorder and every start time updates as you go YOUR CALENDAR AND REMINDERS, IN ONE PLAN (PRO) - Calendar events sit in your timeline at their real times, so a meeting at eleven is never a surprise at ten to - Events stay in your calendar. Nothing is copied, so nothing is duplicated - Tasks you create in Set can add events to a calendar of your choosing - Reminders sync both ways, and each list can arrive as its own project - Prefer hands off? Import Only reads your calendar and reminders and never writes to them A TIMER THAT BLOCKS DISTRACTIONS - A continuous timer, not rigid Pomodoro blocks, that records the time you really spent - Overtime counts into the negative for a little deadline pressure - App Blocker (Pro, iPhone and iPad): block chosen apps while the timer runs, or allow only the ones you need - Or pick "Until Today is clear", where finishing your plan is what unlocks your phone - Breaks are never blocked - Ambient sounds, Lock Screen, Dynamic Island, and a menu bar timer on Mac NOTES THAT DO MORE (PRO) - Write notes in Markdown: headings, checklists, highlights, links, code and more - A formatting toolbar and live preview, so you never need to learn the syntax - AI rewriting with on-device Apple Intelligence tidies messy notes or turns them into clear steps EXPORT TO PDF - Export Today, any project or your Inbox as a clean, styled PDF, ready to print or send - Include notes and subtasks, or go black and white for printing - Markdown and Rich Text too, or email a list with both attached - PDF export is free for everyone SCAN ANY LIST (PRO) Photograph a handwritten list or planner page and Set turns it into scheduled tasks, with durations and dates. On device, with Apple Intelligence. APPLE WATCH - Today's timeline on your wrist: tap to complete, drag to reorder, add breaks, Reschedule - The timer runs on the watch when your iPhone is out of reach, then hands back - Complications, Smart Stack and dictated tasks PROJECTS, STAGES AND INBOX - Capture anything in the Inbox and sort it later - Break big work into projects and stages, with progress bars - Subtasks and templates (Pro), repeating tasks with streaks, due dates - Type "45m", "tomorrow" or "at 2pm" and Set fills in the details - Swipe down for the week strip to plan any day, and drag a task onto a date to move it MADE FOR ADHD MINDS Time blindness is easier to fight when time is visible. Focus mode shows only the task in front of you, and Sort mode takes a long list one question at a time. No more "wait, it's already 8pm?" EVERYWHERE YOU ARE iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch, synced through your own iCloud with no account to create. Widgets, Live Activities, Siri, Shortcuts and the Action button. Stats and achievements, themes and accent colours (Pro). Undo and redo everywhere. FREE, WITH PRO WHEN YOU WANT IT Free: 8 tasks a day, 3 projects, one-tap Reschedule, the full timer, repeating tasks, widgets, iCloud sync and PDF export. Pro: no limits, plus Calendar and Reminders sync, App Blocker, Markdown notes with AI rewriting, Scan Tasks, subtasks, templates, stats, themes and sounds. Nobody's quietly doing more. ChoreDivider splits chores fairly for couples and roommates. Everyone secretly rates how draining each chore is for them. You get more of what you mind less, and the load still comes out fair. Most chore apps split housework by count or by turns: one for you, one for me. But ten minutes of dishes is nothing to one person and the worst part of the day for another. ChoreDivider asks the question most apps skip: how draining is this, for you? HOW IT WORKS 1. Rate. Everyone in your home rates each chore from 1 (barely notice) to 10 (wipes me out). Your numbers stay sealed until everyone has rated, so nobody copies anybody. 2. Split. ChoreDivider works out the split on your device: fairness your way first, total dread as low as possible second. Calculated properly, not a rough rule of thumb. 3. See why. Tap any chore and it tells you why it landed with you: "You rated it 8, Marie rated it 3, she finds it lighter. Your two weeks still come out even." WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT Your number counts for you. If you hate ironing, the app tries to keep ironing away from you and gives you something you mind less. Fair the way you mean it: the same time or the same effort, with your own agreed shares if you like, for example when one of you works full time and the other part time. A ledger, not a leaderboard. A rolling balance over 14 days shows who's ahead. Old imbalance ages out on its own; nobody carries debt. Less mental load: the app deals the chores every day and the ledger keeps count, so nobody has to hand out chores or track who did what. No points, no streaks, no levels. The fair split is the reward. Whatever the app deals, it explains. "Why me?" has an answer. BUILT FOR REAL HOMES Couples, roommates, families. Two people or a full house. Works with one device. Add your partner, roommates or kids by name, rate on their behalf, and hand over the device so they can check things off as themselves. Invite anyone with an iPhone or iPad through iCloud. Everything syncs on its own, works offline, catches up later. On iPad, the Today screen gives everyone their own column. Chores that happen once, daily, once or several times a week, up to four times a month, or every few days or weeks, on days you pick or days the app picks. Pin a chore to one person if it's always theirs. Swipe a chore to skip it today when you're eating out. More than one household? Switch between them without leaving any. Projects: the someday list (clean out the garage, paint the fence) lives apart from chores. Each of you ranks them two at a time, and the rankings merge into one shared queue where nobody's list wins. A single daily reminder, at the time you last opened the app or one you pick. No nagging notifications, no red badges. Trends: eight weeks of minutes per person, side by side. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account, no signing up. Your household lives in your own iCloud, not on a server of ours. No ads, no tracking, no data sold. Anonymous usage statistics can be switched off. Export everything as a file whenever you like. FREE AND PREMIUM Free for one person, 5 recurring chores and 5 projects, for as long as you like. With two or more, everything is free for 7 days, then Premium. Premium removes the limits and unlocks all eight weeks of Trends, for the whole household at once: one of you buys, everyone is in. Monthly or yearly subscription, cancel any time. Household Pass: buy once, keep it forever. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
