About

LockD In

Block the apps that eat your day, then earn XP for the hours you actually work. LockD In is a focus timer, an app blocker, and an RPG character sheet built out of your real life. You cannot tick a box here and collect the reward. The clock has to run. FOCUS LOCK Choose your distractions once. When a focus quest starts, Screen Time shuts those apps off for the whole session. On the strict tiers the block has no easy off switch, so walking out costs you something. TIMED SESSIONS, NOT CHECKBOXES Run 25/5, 60/10, or 90/15 focus blocks. A live timer sits on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island, so the session follows you when you leave the app. XP is paid per minute worked. FOUR DIFFICULTY TIERS Casual pays 1x and lets you stop early. Committed pays 1.1x and asks you to finish. Hard pays 1.25x and forces the app block on. Sentinel pays 1.5x, locks the block until the timer ends, and fails the run if you pick your phone up. FIVE STATS FROM FIVE PARTS OF YOUR LIFE Strength, Intelligence, Charisma, Stamina, Divinity. Training feeds Strength. Deep work feeds Intelligence. Rituals feed Charisma and Divinity. Your radar chart changes shape as your week does, and enough levels move your rank from E up to S. A DAY THAT IS ALREADY WRITTEN Pick a starter protocol on day one: Discipline Starter, Student Lock-In, Dopamine Detox Reset, Gym + Physique Starter, or Entrepreneur Starter. Each one is a full day of quests with the timings, steps, and rewards already set. Build your own if none of them fit. SKILL TREES Structured curricula with nodes that unlock as you put the hours in. Build a custom tree for anything you are learning, then send it to a friend as a link. GOALS AND BOSS QUESTS Set 12-month goals across wealth, health, brain, and social, then break them into monthly milestones. Closing one asks you for 200 words on what actually changed. STREAKS WITH A WAY BACK Journaling is what holds the streak, so you have to close the day out. Miss one day and three days back restores it. Miss two and it takes four. One bad Tuesday does not put you at zero. SEE WHERE THE TIME WENT The focus report puts the hours you spent locked in next to the hours you lost to the apps you said you wanted less of. A 91 day heatmap shows every session you logged. Widgets carry your quests, stats, and streak to the home screen. CLOSE THE DAY Write a short reflection, set three priorities for tomorrow, and stop. Your journal entries link back to what you worked on, so you can look back and see what a good week actually looked like. WHO IT IS FOR People who have tried the reminder apps and the to-do lists and still lost the day to their phone. If you already know what to do and cannot get yourself to do it, the timer and the block are the part you have been missing.
