Baking by volume is a guessing game. Baking by weight is exact science. Tare is the kitchen companion that converts between grams, ounces, cups, and tablespoons using real ingredient densities — and keeps your recipes organized by weight. — KEY FEATURES — • Instant conversions for 20 ingredients — all-purpose, bread, cake, and whole wheat flour; granulated, brown, and powdered sugar; butter, water, whole milk, heavy cream, vegetable and olive oil, honey, salt, baking powder, cocoa powder, rolled oats, rice, and almond flour • Ingredient-specific density data means 1 cup of bread flour converts differently than 1 cup of cake flour — because it does • Quick Reference card shows 1-cup, 1-tbsp, and 100 g equivalents for the selected ingredient at a glance • Recipe builder lets you save any dish as a gram-by-gram ingredient list with baking notes attached • Six ready-to-use starter recipes included: Classic Banana Bread, Soft Sugar Cookies, Fudgy Brownies, Overnight Oats, Basic Vinaigrette, and Fluffy Pancakes • Container library stores the empty weight of each bowl, cup, or pot by name so you can tare by name, not by hunting for the sticker • Eight example containers seeded to show the workflow — replace or add your own • Fully offline — no account, no subscription, no data leaves your device Perfect for home bakers, recipe developers, and anyone who wants to stop re-measuring cups and start cooking with confidence. — Tare Kitchen Scale PREMIUM — Tare Premium unlocks the full experience: unlimited saved recipes and containers, all 20+ ingredient density profiles, quick-reference cup and 100 g cards, and an ad-free, fully offline kitchen.
