Some salespeople wait until payday to find out what they earned. GrindLevel is for the ones who want to know now. Built for automotive sales professionals who treat their career like a business, GrindLevel turns complex pay plans, daily deals, bonuses, and monthly targets into a clear picture of where you stand and what comes next. KNOW THE VALUE OF EVERY DEAL Log gross, mini, front and back gross, split credit, spiffs, and adjustments. GrindLevel estimates commission using the pay plan assigned to that period. SEE WHAT THE NEXT SALE CHANGES See how many units remain until your next tier or bonus and what becomes possible when you cross it. When tiers are retroactive, GrindLevel shows the impact across eligible deals. RUN THE MONTH WITH INTENTION Follow commission, units, average earnings per eligible deal, goals, days remaining, streaks, and performance patterns. Use calendar views to understand when results happened instead of relying on memory. YOUR PAY PLAN, YOUR RULES Build volume tiers, unit bonuses, same-day bonuses, and other incentives around the way you are paid. When a plan changes, choose whether it updates earlier deals or starts today. TRY BEFORE YOU COMMIT Set up your pay plan and save two deals before choosing Pro.
