Kin is a performance intelligence system built to understand what actually drives your performance. Originally developed with elite athletes, Kin combines daily reflection with physiological data to reveal the patterns behind your best and worst days. So you can stop guessing and start making better decisions. How it works 1. Daily performance check-in Log how you felt, performed, and recovered in under a minute. 2. Connect your data Sync sleep, recovery, and training from your wearables. 3. Reveal your patterns Kin analyzes the relationship between how you feel and how you perform. What makes Kin different Most apps track metrics. Kin connects: β’ How you feel β’ What you do β’ How you perform Then turns it into clear, actionable insight. What you get β’ Personal performance insights based on your real data β’ Pattern recognition across recovery, stress, training, and habits β’ Daily guidance tailored to your current state β’ A system that gets smarter over time Built from elite performance Kin started with professional athletes. The goal was simple: Understand what actually leads to consistent high performance. That same system is now available to you. For two use cases β’ When performance feels inconsistent and you donβt know why β’ When you want to reliably replicate your best days This is not another tracking app. This is the system that helps you understand yourself.
Curious Life

Curious Life turns a live measurement into music, light and games you can practise with. On your phone runs a scientific instrument: a stream of random events drawn from the tiny timing jitter of the device itself, in the lineage of the Princeton PEAR laboratory. Everything in the app is made from it, live. Whether attention can lean on that stream is a century-old question. Here it becomes something you can hear, play, and keep a record of. NOTES FROM THE FIELD Music written live by the field. Five soundscapes: an open-air sound garden, Memory's slow water and soft light, a choir in a stone room, plucked strings, and Mosaic, where the instrument's own bits ring a marimba. Every note comes from the measurement; nothing is recorded or looped. STAR TRIP AND THE EXERCISES Fly a star across deep space at the altitude of the live reading and catch the golden rings. The Oscillator, Chaos vs Coherence, Synchrony, the Moon, the Orchestra and more: living exercises, all driven by the same measurement. THE PULSE Link a Polar chest strap, a watch, or a Muse headband, and your heart and brain join the field: heart rhythm and coherence, the brain's bands, and music played by your own readings. Heart, brain and the random source record together on one clock, through a locked screen. Export everything as open files whenever you like. THE AMBIENT TAB Let it play while you live. The Pulse, Notes from the field and Ambient's sixteen night voices, with a dawn alarm that wakes you with your own field. The music keeps playing with the screen locked, and stays honest: it rides the real measurement, or it stays silent. FREQUENCY TUNING AND THE SUN MEDITATION A frequency generator with carriers and pulses for grounding, focus and rest, now including the Schumann resonance, the Earth's own 7.83 Hz hum, raised five octaves so you can hear it. And the sun meditation: five minutes at noon, turning to the sun. YOUR RECORD Every session builds your personal record, placed against the whole field of practitioners. No account is needed; sign in with your email to carry your record across devices. NOTHING WATCHES YOU No microphone, no motion sensors. The camera and photo library are asked for only when you open a picture in Synaesthesia; Bluetooth and Health only when you choose to connect a device. Heart, brain and picture data never leave your phone. It is an instrument and an open experiment: whatever the data shows, it shows. Curious Life is an experiment and a practice, not a medical device. It makes no health claims, and a sound cannot carry the Earth's field or lock you to it.
