Stop guessing when to leave. Prep Time Pal tells you when to start getting ready and when to head out, so you arrive on time without doing the math in your head. It factors in your prep time, live traffic, and an arrival buffer, then keeps updating as real life changes. No more mental arithmetic. No more "I thought I had time." HOW IT HELPS Know when to get ready, not just when to leave Tell Prep Time Pal how long you need to get ready. It shows "Get ready in…" and "Leave by…", so you never cut it too close. Perfect for mornings, appointments, work, school, workouts, and events. Clear, focused countdown One large, easy-to-read countdown, a progress ring, and a plain status like On Track, Leave Now, or Late. Everything you need, nothing you don't. Calendar suggestions With your permission, upcoming Calendar events that have a location show up as a card on Home. Add one with a tap, or swipe it away. Prep Time Pal only reads your Calendar; it never changes your events. Live traffic, always updating Travel time comes from Apple Maps and refreshes every few minutes. If traffic builds, your timing adjusts before you're out the door. Timing in plain words Far-off trips say "Tomorrow morning" or "Friday at 9:00 AM"; today's trips count down in hours and minutes; the precise countdown takes over when it's time to get ready. Choose Natural, Duration, or Exact in Settings. Reuse trips in seconds Save favorites and schedule them for today with one tap, or pick a date and time. Repeating trips show once in your list, not a wall of duplicates. Widgets and Live Activities Your next trip, its destination, and its timing on the Home Screen and Lock Screen. When a trip is close, a Live Activity keeps the countdown in view. Reminders that work with the app closed Get-ready and leave reminders for repeating trips are scheduled ahead of time. Mark Arrived and an honest history End a trip with one tap. History keeps your scheduled versus actual arrival, so you can see how your mornings really go. Learns from your history After a few late arrivals on the same trip, Prep Time Pal can suggest a little more prep time. You accept, decline, or snooze the suggestion; nothing changes on its own. Smart locations Save Home, Work, Gym, or School and type their names to autofill. Designed for real humans Especially helpful if you run late without meaning to, underestimate how long getting ready takes, or want gentle guidance instead of nagging alarms. Built for people who benefit from seeing time outside their head. Private by design Everything stays on your iPhone. No account, no server, no analytics. Arrive on time, without overthinking it.
