Delta tracks your weight and calorie intake and calculates your real TDEE — not a formula estimate, your actual one. 10 days free. One payment for unlimited access. No subscription. Most apps give you a TDEE based on height, weight, age, and activity level. That number is a population average applied to you. It's a starting point, not a measurement. Delta starts there too, but transitions away from it as you log real data. By day 10 your estimate is derived entirely from what you actually eat and how your weight actually moves. The longer you log, the more accurate it gets. Log your weight each morning and your calorie intake each day. Delta averages the last 10 days to filter out noise from water retention and normal fluctuation. It combines your intake with observed weight change to estimate your true maintenance calories, then smooths that estimate over 28 days to avoid overreacting to short-term variance. The result is a daily calorie target adjusted for your goal — cut, maintain, or bulk — grounded in your data rather than population averages. Key features: Daily weight and calorie logging Adaptive TDEE that transitions from formula to fully empirical as you log 28-day smoothing for a stable, actionable number Goal-based calorie targets for cut, maintain, or bulk Apple Health integration — weight and TDEE baseline written automatically Daily reminders for weigh-in and calorie logging Why Delta? Δ is the symbol for change. Your weight change and calorie balance are what actually determine your TDEE. Delta measures both and gives you a number that reflects your reality, not someone else's average.

The weight tracker for the gym: run your lean bulk and cut by your trend, not by the noise on the scale. Want to gain weight and build muscle without adding more fat than you need, or keep your muscle while cutting? Lean is law smooths your daily weigh-ins into a trend weight and shows whether your bulk or cut is running at the right pace. Plan phases with a pace: Bulk, Cut, Maintain and Diet Break, each with a weekly rate in percent of your body weight. TREND INSTEAD OF SCALE NOISE • Trend weight, weekly rate and 7-day change instead of daily swings from water, salt and meals • History with chart, daily values and phase bands PHASES WITH A PACE • Bulk, Cut, Maintain and Diet Break, planned as a whole season on a timeline: change a length and every following phase moves along • Pace in percent of body weight per week, with a warning when a bulk runs faster than 0.5 % or a cut faster than 1.0 % per week • Maintain and Diet Break with a corridor around your weight • Optional end date and target weight for every phase PREP, PEAK WEEK AND TRAINING DAYS (PRO) • Target curve in the chart: where your weight should go across all planned phases, right next to your trend • Prep with a fixed competition date and a daily plan for peak week, as a template without water or sodium manipulation • More calories on training days, fewer on rest days, with the same weekly budget CALORIES AND MACROS • Log calories, protein, carbs and fat in seconds, with your recent entries at hand • Read them from Apple Health and write your own entries back if you like • Adaptive TDEE (Pro): your average intake of the last 14 days, corrected by what your trend did • Target calories and macro targets for your phase (Pro), protein adjustable from 1.6 to 2.4 g per kg HONEST NOTE: NO FOOD DATABASE Lean is law has no food database and no barcode scanner. Take your calories and macros from Apple Health, for example from the food tracker you already use, or enter them yourself in a few seconds. PROGRESS PICS, CHECK-IN AND SUPPLEMENTS • Weekly check-in with posing photos: front, back, side and lat spread, plus weekly average, rate, waist and a note • See your gym progress in a before and after comparison of your poses (Pro) • Body measurements with body fat percentage and waist from Apple Health (Pro) • Supplement reminders, for example for creatine, with a "Taken" action and a daily check-off • Progress photos stay on your device YOUR DATA No account and no ads. Your entries stay on your device. Export as CSV and JSON at any time and import CSV files from other apps. Widgets, dark mode and ten languages. FREE AND PRO Free: weight and trend, history, Apple Health, phases with pace warnings and season planning, logging calories and macros, supplements, the weekly check-in with posing photos, the small widget and export. Lean is law Pro adds: adaptive TDEE, target calories and macro targets per phase, a forecast for the end of your phase, the target curve, Prep with peak week, training day calories, long chart ranges, pose comparison before and after, sharing your check-in as an image, milestones, patterns, balance, monthly reports, body measurements, experiment evaluation, corridor early warning, iCloud backup, large widgets and multiple reminders. Lean is law Pro is available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial, or a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel them in your Apple ID settings. The call

The clearest difference is monetization model: Delta at free against Weight Tracker's freemium. Weight Tracker's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 11 days). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
