CUSTOMIZABLE WORKOUTS WITH AUDIO GUIDANCE This app provides 7-minute workout routines with customization options and voice guidance for exercising without looking at your screen. MODIFICATION OPTIONS You can modify any workout by removing exercises, adding new ones, or changing their order using drag-and-drop. Exercise duration can be adjusted from the default 30 seconds to any length. Break periods are also adjustable from the default 10 seconds. You can create new workouts from scratch by adding exercises one at a time. Custom workouts get a name and description that you write. Any workout can be duplicated to create variations without rebuilding from scratch. Set default timing for all exercises, then override those defaults for specific movements needing different duration. Configure how many times a workout repeats automatically. VOICE ANNOUNCEMENTS The app speaks each exercise name before it begins, giving you time to get into position. During exercises, it provides countdown updates at intervals you configure—every 10 seconds, every 5 seconds, or other frequencies. At the end of each exercise, the app counts down the final seconds individually: "5, 4, 3, 2, 1, rest." Between exercises, it announces rest period duration. You can adjust countdown frequency and final countdown duration independently. Exercise name announcements can be turned off. AUDIO-ONLY OPERATION Exercises like planks require horizontal positioning facing the floor. Looking at a phone breaks proper form. Push-ups, mountain climbers, and similar movements have the same constraint. Voice guidance provides all necessary information through audio, so you maintain proper positioning throughout exercises without checking remaining time visually. MINIMAL VISUAL DISPLAY The screen shows current exercise information including name, description, and remaining time. A progress list shows all exercises, marking completed, active, and upcoming movements. Progress counters display your position numerically. These visual elements can be toggled on or off. Three typeface options are available. WORKOUT ORGANIZATION Custom workouts appear in the list with preset workouts. You can reorder this list using drag-and-drop. Edit mode allows modifying workout names and descriptions. Custom workouts can be deleted. Preset workouts can be hidden via settings. PRIVACY, NO ACCOUNT NEEDED, NO DATA COLLECTED All data is stored locally on your device. No account required, no personal information collected, no internet connectivity needed after download.
Slope

Your gym changes. Your history shouldn't. Slope is a strength-training log that keeps your sets, machine setup notes, PRs, and progress connected to where you train. When the same lift uses different equipment at another gym, Slope keeps the right context with the right location. REMEMBER THE RIGHT SETUP Pin the setup that matters to a lift and gym—seat height, pin, grip, foot position, or anything else you want ready next time. Open it from the workout card or review your notes by gym on the exercise page. SEE LAST TIME HERE Before your next set, see the weight, reps, and notes from your previous session at this location. Repeat a recent workout or start a new one without rebuilding the context. KNOW YOUR SLOPE Slope Score turns your completed strength sessions into a 0–100 view of your training trajectory. See the score on Home, explore its breakdown and trend on Progress, and, when enough history exists, see where the direction turned. KEEP EACH GYM IN CONTEXT History, PRs, weights, and machine notes stay organized by gym. If two differently named lifts are the same movement, you can connect their trend while keeping each location's numbers and notes separate. TRACK WHAT MATTERS Log reps and weight, recognize PRs, follow training volume, monitor goals, review consistency, and spot plateaus. ASK FROM YOUR HISTORY Use Slope AI to ask focused strength-training questions grounded in workouts you've logged. Your core logging, history, and progress tools work without it. Slope is built for lifters who want a fast workout log and a clearer view of what to do next—without a spreadsheet. Slope is a tracking and planning tool, not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning or changing an exercise program.
