Your Worry Time

Worry Time is your private space to work through anxious thoughts using techniques inspired by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — one of the most widely studied approaches for understanding and reframing unhelpful thinking. Instead of letting worries loop in your head, Worry Time gives you two simple, guided tools to get used to challenging your worries and build more balanced thinking over time. EXPERIMENTS Anxiety loves to make confident predictions about what will go wrong. With Experiments, you write down what you fear will happen, then check it against what actually happened. Over time, you build a personal record of how your worries compare to reality. BALANCED THOUGHTS When a worry feels overwhelming, it helps to step back and weigh it up. Balanced Thoughts walks you through the evidence for and against a thought, so you can land on a more realistic, kinder takeaway — and save it to revisit later. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your reflections are personal, so they stay that way. Everything you write is stored only on your device. There are no accounts, no sign-ins, no tracking, and no analytics — nothing you write ever leaves your phone. SIMPLE AND CALM - Clean, gentle design that stays out of your way - No streaks, pressure, or notifications nagging you - Works fully offline Worry Time is a self-help tool for practicing these skills yourself. It is not therapy and not a medical or diagnostic service.
