Say the case. Anesto logs it. Type or say it the way you'd tell a colleague, tap Log Case, and move on to the next room. "Reverse total shoulder, MAC with interscalene block, ASA 1, and then an ASA 1 lap chole with RSI and a Glidescope" becomes two complete records: procedure, block and ASA, all filled in. Built by a practicing cardiac anesthesiologist, for attendings, residents, fellows, and CRNAs. LOG WITHOUT HUNTING FOR THE APP Say "Hey Siri, log a case in Anesto," or tap the mic on the Home Screen or Lock Screen widget. You can also put "Log a case" in Control Center or on the Action Button. PLAN TOMORROW TONIGHT Say or type tomorrow's cases, room by room. Nothing becomes a case until you ink it the next day, with one tap. SEND TO ACGME FROM YOUR PHONE No laptop, no browser extension, no retyping. Connect your ACGME account, then tap Send. Anesto fills in the ACGME form from your case, sends it, and checks that it landed, so nothing gets logged twice. You sign in on ACGME's own page, so Anesto never sees your username or password. And it only ever adds cases. It never changes or deletes anything on ACGME. KNOW WHERE YOU STAND Every ACGME minimum, what you're still short on, and the pace you need to graduate on time. One tap brings in ACGME's own totals from your Minimums report, side by side with Anesto's. Each case you log shows which minimums it counts toward. Residents get a free residency log PDF, every case and every count, to keep for credentialing after graduation. Cardiothoracic fellows get their own minimums, a TEE log, a fellowship report, and ACGME case and TEE submissions. FOR ATTENDINGS Credentialing and reappointment stop being a scavenger hunt. Log as you go, and Anesto Pro turns it into a clean PDF of every case you've done, counted by facility, for exactly the dates the credentialing office asks for. FOR CRNAs Built for how you practice. Tell Anesto once whether you're independent, medically directed or medically supervised, and every case carries it. YOUR CREDENTIALS, IN ONE PLACE Keep your licenses, DEA, ACLS/PALS and board certifications together, with a heads-up before they expire. LOG IT HOWEVER YOU LOG - Voice or text. Shorthand and typos welcome. - Repeat your last case, or one you do often, with one tap. - Back-to-back cases? Say them in one go, and each gets its own record. - Not sure what you meant? Anesto asks instead of guessing. - Saves instantly, even with no signal. - Deleted something by mistake? Undo it, or restore it from Recently Deleted for 30 days. - Backs up on its own, hospitals included. New phone? Sign in, and it's all there. - Pain consults, Block Day, unintended events, and outcomes. - Export to CSV any time. YOUR PRIVACY Anesto never asks for patient names or MRNs. Case text is read by Anthropic's Claude and voice is transcribed by Groq only after you say yes, and you can turn that off anytime in Account. FREE, AND PRO Residents and fellows: everything is free, including ACGME sending. Attendings and CRNAs: logging, AI, Siri and widgets, Plan tomorrow, hospital sites, backup, history, search and CSV export are free. Anesto Pro adds PDF credentialing reports, custom date ranges, practice event analytics, and Credentials with reminders for $6.99/month or $69.99/year, with a 7-day free trial for new users. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Something broken, or something Anesto should do? Message me from the Account tab. I answer fast.
