Personalized meal plans adapt to your goals, medical history, culture, household, and budget. Your care team is in your pocket: securely message your Dietitian, complete check-ins, and get timely nudges. Log meals, hydration, sleep, and activity; view labs; and connect devices or health data sources (optional Apple Health integration). Shop your plan with smart grocery lists and brand suggestions. If invited by a clinic or wellness program, enter your mobile number at sign-up to connect your account. Private by design with encryption, access controls, and audit logs. Plus Wellbeing provides nutrition education and coaching and is linked to your provider's diagnosis and treatment plan.
