Higham Score vs CycleNote

Take control of your heavy periods (menorrhagia) with Higham Score, the app designed to help you track, understand, and communicate your menstrual flow volume simply and accurately. Based on the Higham Score, a medically recognized method, our app transforms your daily entries into a clear score, helping you and your healthcare provider to analyse your symptoms. Features: - Automatic score calculation: No more manual calculations. Log your protection (pad, tampon, cup), saturation level, clots, or leaks, and the app calculates your daily and cycle score in real-time. - Detailed tracking: Add crucial information like pain levels, symptoms (fatigue, headaches, etc.), and personal notes for a comprehensive overview. - Visual history: Monitor your scores over multiple cycles with clear and easy-to-read charts. Track the impact of treatments or lifestyle changes at a glance. - PDF reports: Generate a complete PDF report for each cycle. Easily share it with your doctor, gynecologist, or midwife for more effective consultations. - Privacy first: Your health data is personal. All information is stored securely and exclusively on your device. Whether you're seeking to better understand your body or preparing for a medical appointment, Score Higham is the discreet and powerful tool you need.
