EveryLastMile logs your drives automatically. Mark business trips, add their purpose, and export your mileage records. No EveryLastMile server stores your trip history. BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO DRIVE FOR WORK Rideshare and delivery drivers, real estate agents, consultants, independent home health workers and other self-employed people who use a personal car for work and claim mileage on Schedule C. If you need a mileage log, EveryLastMile builds it while you drive. SORTING THAT FOLLOWS YOUR RULES Tell the app where you work, which car you drive for business, and when your workday runs. Drives that fit get classified on their own. The ones it can't call wait for you, and a quick tap or swipe files each as business or personal. Add the purpose while you still remember who you went to see. ON YOUR WRIST With Apple Watch, a drive shows up on your watch right after you park. Tap to mark it Business, or sort recent drives from the To Classify list. A complication shows today's estimated deduction and how much of your day you've reviewed. Your iPhone still does the tracking; the watch and phone talk directly to each other. THE DETAILS, KEPT Open any drive for its route and distance. Jot a note, log the parking fee or toll, and keep a second vehicle's miles separate from the first. Turn on contact names, and a drive to a contact's address shows who you visited. IT TELLS YOU WHEN SOMETHING'S OFF If Always location, Motion & Fitness or Background App Refresh is turned off after you've allowed it, you get a notification, so drives don't quietly go unlogged. The setup checklist shows what's missing and how to fix it. FOR TAX TIME The app estimates a U.S. mileage deduction from your business miles, using the IRS standard rate in effect on each drive's date. Business parking and tolls you log are added to the report totals. Export the log as a PDF or CSV for your tax preparer or a reimbursement request. Each report lists the date, start, destination, purpose, miles and expenses for each business drive, plus a summary of the totals. What you can actually deduct depends on your situation and on the drives you record. YOUR IPHONE, YOUR ICLOUD Your drive history is stored on your iPhone. Sign in with Apple and it syncs to your own private iCloud account. To draw maps and name places, Apple and Mapbox receive some coordinates. If you turn on contact names, contact addresses (never names) are sent to Apple to find their locations. See our privacy policy for the specifics. 30 DAYS FREE TO START Automatic tracking is free for 30 days, no credit card needed. After that it's part of Premium. If you don't subscribe, you keep your history and can still add drives by hand, sort them, edit them, and export reports. Premium purchase options and prices are shown in the app. Subscriptions are billed to your Apple Account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel them anytime in your Apple Account settings. Automatic tracking requires location and motion permissions. Apple Watch features require an iPhone with EveryLastMile installed. About

CarnetKm

Features
