FaceDown helps you break the cycle of instant impulses and rebuild mindful digital habits. Imagine this: You pick up your phone “just for a second.” Before you know it, your focus is gone. FaceDown supports you in the exact moment you are most likely to slip. It gently blocks distractions, gives you a breathing space to think, and turns impulse into intention. WHAT YOU GET • App blocker — pick the apps that derail you and put them behind a face-down challenge. • Focus Mode — flip your phone face-down to start a stopwatch and build uninterrupted focus time. • Live Activity & Dynamic Island — follow your session from the Lock Screen. • Streaks & stats — watch your screen-time wins add up day after day. • Shareable summary cards — celebrate every deep-focus session.
