What if a quick face scan or one quiet minute could help you better understand how you feel? EaseLoop uses your phone’s camera to provide simple wellness insights, including estimates such as heart rate, HRV, breathing rate, stress level, BMI, skin age, and more. Scan your face and view your results in seconds, whenever you want to check in with yourself. When you need a moment to slow down, start a guided one-minute breathing practice. Follow the visual rhythm of a 4-second inhale, 1-second hold, and 4-second exhale. You can also complete an optional 30-second wellness check-in to receive a simple Stress Level result and supporting information. Review your previous check-ins over time and notice how your reported stress changes from one moment to the next. EaseLoop is designed for everyday wellness, breathing practice, and self-reflection.
