Complete, simple, easy to use & free application for Land Surveying, Topography, Bathymetry & GIS. Suitable for Geodesy Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology and other disciplines related to maps, coordinates, location, address and spatial analysis. Can be used as a tool in determining position, coordinates, location & address, area & distance measurement, simple spatial analysis such as Overlay, Buffering and finding coordinate location on the field / stake out. Map Coordinates: Can be used to obtain Latitude Longitude, UTM, MGRS and other Coordinate Reference System using EPSG Codes in real time. Plot points complete with coordinate data, addresses, notes, photo and MSL elevation (premium). Export saved points to CSV, DXF or KML files. Offline GPS: Used to get coordinates in an offline state (without internet access), your cellphone will function like a Handheld GPS to get Latitude Longitude coordinates, UTM, MGRS, Elevation (ellipsoid), MSL Elevation (geoid), accuracy and other useful information. Coordinates data can be stored in an unlimited number inside your databases, given notes / labels, photos or exported into CSV files. Contours: Module to generate contours based on number of contour lines, desired elevation or contour interval. This is premium module and need internet connection. Coordinates Converter: To convert coordinates manually from Latitude Longitude to UTM & MGRS and vice versa. It can also be used to convert Addresses to Coordinates (Geocoding). Area/Distance: Used to measure distance and area with various units (support units: m, km, ft, miles, hectare, acre), register lines / polygons, make polygons automatically from measure points using sophisticated Convex Hull, Concave Hull or Trace ID methods. Create polygon holes manually or automatically from covered polygons. Automatically repair invalid geometry / self-crossing polygons, and much more. You can store unlimited lines / polygons in your database, displayed on a map, add photos and labels or exported to CSV or KML files. This module also includes spatial editing algorithms like Snap Nearest, Delete Object Inside or Outside Polygon. Buffer/Overlay: Simple GIS module to perform spatial analysis such as buffering & overlays (and other GIS operations) with several options including Union, Intersection, Difference and Symmetrical Difference. Already support negative buffer for polygons. Find Point: Module to find a location or coordinates in the field / Stake Out using built in GPS and Compass on your cell phone. Compass Map: Module with Maps, Compass, Distance and Azimuth to assist navigation and stake out on the field. Elevation Profile: Premium module to create simple Elevation Profile, this module needs internet connection. Bubble Level module: measuring tool to calculate leveling, degree of slope and percentage of slope. DTM Module: generating TIN (Triangulated Irregular Network / Delaunay Triangulation) DTM from random points or existing contour data, calculating cut and fill volumes (including determining the optimal cut-and-fill reference level where volumes are nearly balanced), performing contour interpolation, etc.. Some other modules. Any suggestions are welcome, please submit via email to utmgeomapapp@gmail.com or write a review. Thanks. About

PeakNav

Features

PeakNav shows you the world's mountains in 3D — as if you were standing there. Pick any place on Earth and PeakNav rebuilds the landscape around it from real elevation data: ridges, valleys, glaciers and summits, each peak labeled with its name and height. Turn the view with a finger, or just point your iPhone at the horizon and let the motion sensors aim the view where you are looking. WORKS OFFLINE Download an area once and everything works with no connection at all — perfect for the summit, the trail, or the airplane window. Elevation, peak names and map data are stored on your device. NAME THAT PEAK Wondering what you are looking at? Center your position with one tap on the location button and compare the labeled 3D horizon with the real one. Around a quarter of a million summits, towns and villages are searchable by name on the device, in their local spellings too — Großglockner, Grossglockner and Monte Bianco all work. YOUR HIKES IN 3D Open a GPX track from Files, Mail or any app's share sheet and see the whole route draped over the terrain — every switchback, every col, the way it actually climbs. Then fly the route as a tour, seek bar included. Great for planning tomorrow's hike or reliving today's. A REAL SKY, AND A WAY AROUND EVERY PEAK Sun, moon — with its phase — and stars stand where they really do for the date, time and place you are looking from, with the compass points marked on the horizon and an optional sky map with an astronomical grid. Tap a summit and choose orbit to circle it and see it from every side. PHOTOS KNOW WHERE THEY WERE TAKEN Choose a photo and PeakNav flies you to the exact spot it was shot from, so you can finally put a name on that summit in the background. SATELLITE AND MAP IMAGERY Drape the terrain in satellite imagery — USGS Imagery Topo or NASA Landsat — choose the source you prefer, or add your own tile provider (any https tile URL). AND MORE • Share a snapshot of any view • Search for mountains, towns and villages worldwide, even offline • Open the view you are looking at in Apple Maps for cross-checking • Metric or imperial units PeakNav is free, has no ads and no accounts. Elevation data is derived from NASA/METI ASTER GDEM; maps and peak data are © OpenStreetMap contributors; place names from GeoNames and built-up town extents from the GHS Urban Centre Database of the European Commission Joint Research Centre (both CC BY 4.0); satellite and topographic imagery courtesy of USGS and NASA GIBS. Full credits are in the app's Info page.
