Brushing while watching TV or checking your phone—"distracted brushing"—is the leading cause of missing spots and neglecting difficult areas. ToothStep is a habit-building tool designed to transform your "mindless" brushing into "perfect care" simply by opening the app. 【Does this sound like you?】 You lose track of where you've brushed because you're daydreaming. You want to keep as many of your natural teeth as possible for the future. If you checked even one of these, ToothStep will dramatically change your daily routine. 【4 Revolutionary Features】 1. The "6-Zone Breakdown": Zero Missed Spots We divide your mouth into 6 blocks: Upper (Right, Center, Left) and Lower (Right, Center, Left). By simply following the on-screen guide, you can brush every area evenly and thoroughly. With clear "Next Area" instructions, you’ll never be lost again. Say goodbye to unconscious brushing gaps starting today. 2. Your Personalized "Golden Route" Everyone has different preferences and problem areas. "I want to start from the front teeth where plaque builds up easily." To meet your needs, you can customize the order of areas and set timers in 30-second increments. Create your own "Perfect Brushing Schedule"—the only one of its kind in the world. 3. Audio Guidance: Perfection Without Staring at the Screen Don't want to stare at your phone while brushing? No problem. ToothStep features audio notifications that signal when it's time to switch sections. 4. Advanced Analytics: Your Effort, Visualized Every time you brush, it’s automatically saved as a log. Your progress is instantly visible through graphs—see yourself hitting that 3-minute average or turning your nightly brush into a streak. Furthermore, the analytics help identify habits like, "I'm spending less time on my back-right molars." This data provides the feedback you need for a healthier mouth. 【Built to Keep You Motivated】 Home Screen Widgets By placing a widget on your iPhone home screen, your daily progress and current streak are visible at a glance without even opening the app. Watching those records pile up builds real confidence. Gentle, Reliable Reminders "Simply forgetting" is the biggest enemy of habit-making. ToothStep's notification feature gently reminds you at your preferred time, elevating brushing from a "chore" to a "soothing routine." 【Data Privacy & Security】 ToothStep uses the latest technology (SwiftData) to keep all your brushing logs stored locally on your device. Privacy First: Your data is never uploaded to external servers. Your personal records stay under your control.
