synchra vs ToDoMelon

Family plans live in too many places. Synchra brings them together — and reminds you when it’s time. Synchra is a smart family organizer that turns information from emails, calendars, photos and voice notes into events, tasks and reminders. Everyone sees the same up-to-date plan across the family’s devices. YOUR FAMILY’S SCHEDULE. PERFECTLY ORGANISED. Keep school activities, appointments, birthdays, trips, meetings and everyday tasks in one shared calendar. Connect your Apple, Google and Outlook calendars to see the whole family schedule in one place. JUST SAY IT. OR SNAP A PHOTO. Speak naturally, type what you need to remember or upload a photo of a note or screenshot. Synchra automatically turns it into an organised event, task or reminder — without long forms or complicated setup. IMPORTANT EMAILS BECOME ACTIONS Let Synchra find useful information in your emails and turn it into events and reminders, so important dates, plans and things to do are less likely to get missed. TASKS, REMINDERS AND ROUTINES Create one-time or recurring tasks, add dates and reminders, and assign them to family members. Member avatars make it easy to see who each event or task belongs to. YOUR WHOLE HOUSEHOLD. SHARED LISTS. Create shared lists for groceries, chores, packing, errands and more. Everyone can add, edit and check things off from anywhere, with changes appearing instantly across the family’s devices. Selected lists can also stay private. MEAL PLANNING WITH LESS EFFORT Browse popular recipes or save your own by pasting a link. Plan meals for the week and add missing ingredients directly to your shopping list. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE Start the day with an AI-powered briefing that brings together your schedule, priorities and reminders. USE YOUR OWN LANGUAGE Speak and type in English, German, French or Polish. ONE FAMILY. EVERY DEVICE. Use Synchra on iPhone and iPad, and connect it with the Synchra family wall display. Everything stays synchronized, so the latest family plan is always close at hand. Less remembering. More living.
