Regain Intention is a simple productivity app designed to help you be more deliberate about how you create and consume content. Instead of opening social apps on autopilot, Regain Intention gives you a moment to pause, prepare, and choose your next action with clarity. Before launching other apps, you decide whether you want to create or scroll. Use Regain Intention to write and store post copy or notes locally on your device, organize your thoughts, and approach social media with intention rather than habit. For certain apps, Regain Intention can add a brief pause before opening to help you become aware of sound or distractions before continuing. This moment encourages you to lower volume, mute your device, or proceed intentionally. Regain Intention does not host feeds, profiles, or social interactions, and it does not post content on your behalf. It simply helps you make a conscious choice before handing control to other apps. All data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is shared, sold, or uploaded to external servers. The app does not require accounts, subscriptions, or analytics tracking. Some promotional images were created using Hotpot.ai.
