Most AI calorie trackers guess. NutriSync asks. Other trackers scan your plate, guess a number, and move on. No questions, no verification, no accuracy. NutriSync runs a real pipeline: a triage model picks the right approach, the analysis breaks your plate into ingredients, and when something's genuinely ambiguous it asks one short question instead of inventing an answer. Grilled or fried. Whole milk or skim. That's the difference between a number and your number. ADAPTIVE AI SCANNING Every meal goes through a multi-step pipeline: the AI identifies what's on your plate, then asks specific questions — portion, ingredients, preparation — instead of guessing. Results are checked first against a verified nutrition database that gets sharper with every scan. - Ingredient-level breakdown, not one lump calorie number - Follow-up questions only when the answer would actually move your macros - Barcodes and packaged foods attributed as ingredients on your plate - Fix any entry in plain language: "double the rice" - Batch-scan a whole day (Premium) Shoot every angle — and every package on the table. Not point-and-pray. Verified accuracy. ADAPTIVE TARGETS Most trackers give you one static daily number you find out you missed at 11pm. NutriSync splits your day into macro windows — pre-lift, post-lift, dinner — each with its own protein, carb, and fat target. Big lunch? Your dinner target adjusts. Skip a snack and those calories roll forward. You always know how much you have left and when to eat it. ADAPTIVE TDEE Other trackers ask how often you exercise and estimate your burn from a dropdown. NutriSync calculates your actual TDEE from your weight trend and real intake over time. A cut or bulk that stalls gets corrected without touching a setting. Real numbers from real data. WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH NutriSync connects to Apple Health. With permission it reads steps, active and resting energy, weight, heart rate, water, and workouts — and on unusually active days, credits part of that extra burn back to your budget, up to 500 calories. It can also write your scanned meals and workouts back to Health. Optional; change it any time in Settings. TRAIN (turn on Track Workouts in Progress) - Log lifts exercise-first. No forms, no timers, no start/stop - Up Next tells you what to train and what to load, from your own history - Never done an exercise? Your starting weight scales from the lifts you HAVE logged, plus bodyweight, sex, and training age - Automatic PRs, strength trends, and weekly volume - Track Workouts logs lifts only — your adaptive TDEE (and Apple Health, if connected) already covers training burn BUILT FOR ACCURATE MACROS - Protein, carb, and fat targets for cutting, bulking, or maintaining, with phase planning toward a goal weight - Daily check-ins that move the numbers - Micronutrients, not just the big three - Weight trend that ignores daily water noise - Works offline — scans queue and sync when you're back COACHING Link a coach and they set your windows, macros, meals, and training programs from their own dashboard. Their plan lands in your app; your logs land in theirs. HOW IT WORKS 1. Shoot every angle — and every package on the table 2. Answer a clarifying question if something's genuinely ambiguous 3. Get calories and macros, ingredient by ingredient 4. Your remaining targets update automatically NutriSync is built for anyone serious about their macros — cutting, bulking, or maintaining. No wellness BS. No motivational quotes. Just accurate numbers and a system that adapts. NutriSync Premium is an auto-renewing subscription with monthly and yearly options (a free trial may apply). Payment is charged to your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel any time in Account Settings. OnTrack is a calorie counter, fasting timer, and habit tracker built into one app. Here's everything inside. CALORIE COUNTER Log meals by photo*, barcode*, or search. Calories and macros (protein, carbs, fat) are calculated for you, so logging takes seconds. FASTING TIMER Pick a fasting window (16:8, 18:6, OMAD, or set your own) and start your fast. The timer keeps running in the background and we'll send a notification when your eating window opens. STEP TRACKER Your steps sync from Apple Health automatically. See your daily count and how it stacks against your goal without typing anything. CALORIES BURNED Active calories from your workouts and daily movement pull in from Apple Health. Subtract them from what you ate to see your real net for the day. WEIGHT LOG Track your weight over time and watch the trend. A single morning number doesn't tell you much, but the trend does. PROGRESS PHOTOS Take a weekly photo and watch the change month by month. Each photo is paired with the weight you logged that day so the comparison stays honest. DAILY TO-DOS A short list every morning: log today's weight, start your fast, take this week's progress photo. Small actions, every day, that compound. COMMUNITY Post an update, ask a question, share a recipe, or just lurk. The feed is people working on the same things you are. PERSONALIZED PLAN Answer a few questions about your goals, height, weight, and activity, and we'll set your calorie target and macro split. Adjust any number any time. APPLE HEALTH Steps, weight, workouts, and active calories sync from Apple Health automatically. NOTIFICATIONS Optional reminders to log your meals, end your fast, or check in for the day. Turn any of them off in settings. NOTE: OnTrack is not a medical device and we do not provide medical advice. Recommendations are suggestions only. Talk to a professional and do your own research before making changes to your diet, fasting routine, or training plan. *Photo and barcode food scanning require a subscription. Everything else is free. TERMS: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
