Open STP/STEP and STL models, review NC/G-code, and inspect 3D toolpaths on iPhone and iPad. iNC-Mill brings model viewing, machining program review, and cutting simulation into one local workflow. File management and basic 3D viewing are free. NC editing, simulation, knowledge references, calculators, advanced 3D tools and settings, and AI questions require an active subscription. 3D PREVIEW MODES FOR EACH TASK • Standard keeps app navigation available • Machining pairs NC toolpaths with read-only code. Resize stacked or side-by-side panes, follow linked lines, and inspect available tool, feed, spindle and position details • View hides navigation and information panels to give NC, STEP/STP and STL previews more space, while keeping scene tools available • NC supports all three modes; STEP/STL models support Standard and View. Switching modes preserves the camera and playback position STP/STEP AND STL MODEL VIEWING • Rotate, zoom, and inspect models with standard views and file colors where available • Browse STEP assembly trees, hide or isolate components, and explore adjustable exploded views • Look inside models with interactive section planes and configurable section fills • Inspect STEP geometry with automatic measurements and annotations for distances, radii, angles, areas, and model dimensions • Set up reference grids and choose metric or imperial display units, automatically from your device or manually 3D TOOLPATH REVIEW • Measure between toolpath points and visible simulated workpiece surfaces • Navigate by move, Z change, cutting section, or tool section; review the active tool and associated code line where available • Play forward or in reverse, adjust speed independently of play/pause, and customize path colors, visibility, and viewing direction Model viewing is read-only. STEP measurements use CAD geometry where supported; STL and simulated workpiece measurements are mesh-based approximations. Toolpath curves use generated segments. Measurements do not certify physical part dimensions. SMART NC EDITING AND SIMULATION • Preview stock material removal during 3-axis milling playback • Open NC files from Files, AirDrop, or other apps • Use smart NC editing with syntax highlighting, line navigation, search, and replace • Long-press N to renumber or remove block numbers in selected lines or the whole file; confirm the match count before Replace All • Review very large programs in a focused read-only mode • Inspect 3-axis and 5-axis toolpaths with rapid, feed, and arc motion clearly distinguished • Visualize lathe stock changing as material is removed during turning playback • Trace FANUC macro execution flow and machine state • Organize machine and tool definitions • Browse G/M-code references and code assistance in all ten app languages • Access milling, turning and quick calculators from the sidebar with a subscription LOCAL-FIRST WORKFLOW Core NC editing, parsing, model viewing, toolpath review, and simulation run on device. Your machining files do not need to be uploaded for these tools. USE IT FOR • Shop-floor program checks before machining • On-site edits and troubleshooting • Training and toolpath review • Keeping machining references close at hand iNC-Mill supports human review and visualization. It does not replace professional verification, collision checking, or your machine, tooling, fixture, and workplace safety procedures.
