Lumos Qatar vs Setfit

LUMOS is derived from the Latin word for light, and is also known from the Harry Potter universe as the spell that brings light into darkness. This name reflects the essence of our mission to bring energy, clarity, and transformation into every client’s experience. At LUMOS, we blend two powerful formats: spinning and pilates. Spinning gives you that high-intensity cardio burst, while pilates builds strength, control, and balance. Classes alternate so you can enjoy a complete, well-rounded fitness experience.
