Stop guessing. Start knowing. Your body is changing. You're feeling the shifts — the sudden heat, the brain fog that wasn't there yesterday, the sleep that doesn't feel like rest. You've been told it's "normal," but you want to understand why. Give Zero is the health intelligence app for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Not a symptom log. Not a wellness diary. A pattern engine — built to connect the data your body is already producing and turn it into answers you can actually use. WHAT MAKES GIVE ZERO DIFFERENT Most health apps ask you to track more. Give Zero asks you to understand more. Nova, your AI health companion, reads across your wearable data, lab results, symptoms, and cycle changes to surface patterns no single data source can reveal on its own. That HRV dip plus your sleep disruption plus the headache you logged? Connected. Explained. Actionable. This isn't optimization. This is intelligence. HOW IT WORKS — Connect your wearables (Apple Watch, Oura, Fitbit, Garmin) and let Nova read what your biometrics are actually saying about your hormones — Upload lab results and get plain-language interpretation — not just ranges, but what your numbers mean together — Log symptoms in seconds and watch Nova find the patterns across days, weeks, and cycles — Get daily insights written for you, not for a population average — Talk to Nova — ask questions, get context, understand what's happening in your body right now PERIMENOPAUSE STARTS BEFORE ANYONE TELLS YOU 34 recognized symptoms. They show up as anxiety, insomnia, brain fog, joint pain, rage, fatigue — often in your late 30s, years before a doctor says the word menopause. Your body isn't broken. It's in transition. And that transition has a logic — if you know how to read it. Give Zero was built to make that logic visible. COMMUNITY Your Circle — a private space for women in the same transition. No influencers, no wellness noise. Real conversations, moderated by experts, grounded in shared experience. BUILT BY SOMEONE WHO NEEDED IT Founded by Pía Mancini — tech founder, YC alum — who entered perimenopause at 37 with debilitating migraines and zero answers from the medical system. After years of "your labs are fine" and "you're too young," she built the tool she needed. YOUR DATA, YOUR BODY, YOUR ANSWERS Give Zero is a health intelligence tool, not a medical device. Nova doesn't diagnose or prescribe — she prepares you for better conversations with your doctor, armed with patterns and data instead of vague symptoms. Download Give Zero. Stop guessing.

Trackrecord is a music community of runners. Every run carries the songs you ran it to, mile by mile. Share yours, see what other runners play, and press play on theirs. Every song here is from a real run. RUNNERS, NOT A FEED See who was out today and what they played. Follow people, save songs off their runs, and find music through the runners who are actually listening to it. Every profile and activity has a public page you can share with anyone, whether or not they use the app. YOUR RUNS, SONG BY SONG - Every song you play, with the mile you heard it and your pace - The songs you run fastest to, and song PRs when you beat your best - A song-by-song breakdown posted straight to Strava - Share cards for Instagram Stories, built from your route and your covers - Monthly recaps, your shoes and their mileage, and stats across everything you track MIXES FROM THE COMMUNITY - Mixes by genre, by distance and by person, built from what runners here actually play - Any run's songs turned into a playlist in one tap HOW IT WORKS Connect Strava and your music, start tracking when you head out, and you're done. If you wear a watch, Trackrecord notices when your run ends and finishes on its own. Rides, walks, hikes and lifts get logged too. Trackrecord is free. A Strava account is required. Apple Music or Spotify is required for song tracking; Last.fm can be connected as a backup.
