Stop doing math in front of the oven. Bake Master does the baking math for you. Write a formula in baker's percentages with flour at 100%, or just set a total dough weight like "4 kg today." Change either one and the rest of the numbers follow. [Included with the app] ■ Baker's percentage and total weight Enter ratios with flour at 100% and get weights. Set a total dough weight and it splits into ingredient weights at your ratios. Switch between ratio and total as often as you like — the math keeps up. ■ Pan conversion Calculates the volume of round, square and loaf pans and rescales the recipe. Standard pan presets for Korea, Japan, Europe and the US are built in. Fitting a 15 cm recipe into an 18 cm pan is no longer done by hand. ■ Save and organize recipes Keep every formula that worked. There is no limit on how many you save. Create categories like Bread, Cake and Cookies, then drag them into the order you want. Attach photos and see them as thumbnails in your recipe list. ■ Share a recipe Send a recipe as clean text, with ingredients, ratios and weights together. ■ Offline Everything is stored on your device, so it works in a kitchen with no signal. Dark Mode keeps it easy on the eyes at a dim workbench. [Premium — one-time purchase] ■ Multi-stage processes Write preferments like poolish and levain, the final dough and toppings as separate stages. Pull an earlier stage in as an ingredient and the amounts carry through automatically. ■ Ingredient cost Enter a price once and every recipe using that ingredient is costed. You see what one batch costs, which makes pricing straightforward. ■ Stock and produce Record stock and expiry dates for each ingredient. Open a recipe and it tells you how many you can make with what you have, then deducts what you produce. Ingredients running low or nearing their date are flagged. ■ Custom pans Save the pans you use often and load them instantly. ■ CSV backup Export and import recipes, ingredient costs and custom pans as CSV. They open in Excel or Numbers, and move with you to a new device. Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Try it free for 72 hours first. [Made for] Home bakers who reach for a calculator every time a recipe scales Culinary students redoing formulas each time the pan changes Sourdough and baguette bakers working with preferments Studio and café owners tracking daily output and cost together
