Features: • Preset protocols: 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 — plus a fully custom protocol • Live countdown showing time elapsed and time remaining • Past-fast history with completion status • Quick-start and one-tap stop • Sound & haptic toggles • 7 languages supported (English / 한국어 / 日本語 / 简体中文 / 繁體中文 / Español / Português) NOT a medical device. The timer simply counts down the duration you choose. It does not measure metabolic state, glucose, or any biomarker, and it does not diagnose any condition.
