Most fasting apps want a subscription, an account, and your data. Intermittently wants none of that. The whole tracker is free. Start and stop with one tap, keep your streaks, and see honest stats — and it works fully offline, syncing only to your own iCloud, which we never see. It won't coach you, guilt you, nag you, or upsell you. No subscription. The entire fasting tool is free, forever. No account. Nothing to create, nothing to log into. No coaching. It observes your data; it never advises, diagnoses, or claims a fast caused an outcome. No guilt. Missing a goal is neutral — no shaming words, no warning-red "you failed." No ads, no tracking, no data harvesting. Your data is yours. We see none of it. What it does, simply: Pick a fasting rhythm, tap start, tap stop. See when a fast will finish before you commit to it, with a live projected end-time. Keep your streaks and read honest stats that observe your patterns without ever editorializing them. Forgot to start on time, or forgot to log a fast entirely? Fix the start, or add it after the fact — the app re-derives everything cleanly. Set per-weekday schedules if your week has a rhythm. Glance at a fast from your wrist with a first-class Apple Watch app and complications, or from Home- and Lock-Screen widgets. Your weight and trend (optionally) come straight from Apple Health, so you never re-enter them. Your data is yours to take, any time, with free CSV and JSON export. Set your fasting goals, then go achieve them. The one optional money moment is a single one-time unlock — once, never a subscription — that adds cosmetic themes, a deeper insights panel, and a quiet "I supported the developer" acknowledgment. Nothing that gates functionality.
