Nelo helps you return to thoughts that don’t have an easy answer. Start with something unresolved — a decision, a tension, or a thought you keep coming back to. Answer a few questions and get a snapshot of how you see it right now. Come back later and reflect on the same thought again. See what changed, what stayed the same, and what you notice now that you didn’t before. HOW IT WORKS 1. Write down an unresolved thought, tension, or decision 2. Answer 3–5 questions that help you look at it more closely 3. Get a snapshot of your current perspective 4. Return later for 2–3 follow-up questions 5. Compare your reflections and see how your thinking has changed FEATURES • Thought tracking — follow one thought across multiple reflections • AI-generated questions — thoughtful prompts without advice or ready-made answers • Insight snapshots — capture your current perspective and what may be shaping it • Recurring patterns — notice themes that appear across different thoughts • Thinking profile — learn more about how you tend to approach uncertainty and decisions • Revisit reminders — give a thought some space, then return to it later • Privacy controls — choose whether your reflections are sent to OpenAI for processing; Nelo does not use your thought content for advertising Nelo isn’t a journal or a chatbot. It’s a place to follow your thinking over time. Free accounts include a limited number of new thought threads and returns. A subscription unlocks unlimited new threads and returns. Nelo is intended for personal reflection and does not provide medical or mental health advice.
