WORKFORCE & ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT Record morning attendance for your full labor crew directly from the site. Foremen register their workers by 4-digit card number with a single tap — Present, Absent, Or Contract. They can also manage attendance by bus arrival, tracking workers from multiple foremen arriving on the same transport. Site Engineers supervise their discipline teams (Electrical or Mechanical) while managing their own labor crew. OVERTIME REGISTRATION Foremen submit structured overtime requests for each worker, specifying the exact work performed, project zone, location (block, level, area), and hours. Overtime flows through a digital approval chain — from Foreman to Site Engineer, Project Engineer to Project Manager— replacing paper-based OT sheets entirely. DAILY ACTIVITY PLAN Foremen create daily activity plans linked to the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), assigning workers to specific activities at specific villa or zone locations. Site Engineer review, edit, and submit the consolidated plan for their discipline. The approved plan automatically feeds the Daily Progress Report (DPR) for client submission.
