Most of us spend more time on our phones than we'd like. Hyud is free to download and offers in-app purchases. Full access requires Hyud Pro, available through a paid subscription or a lifetime purchase. Hyud helps you take back control of your attention by making distractions harder to reach. Instead of relying on willpower every time you pick up your phone, Hyud lets you create an environment where focusing becomes the easier choice. Block distracting apps and websites when you need to concentrate. Set limits around the things that tend to consume too much of your time. Build routines that help you stay focused at work, while studying, at the gym, or whenever you want to be more intentional with your phone. Whether you're trying to stop endless scrolling, get more work done, study without interruptions, spend less time on social media, or simply become more aware of your habits, Hyud gives you the tools to create healthier boundaries with your screen. See statistics about how you use your phone and how much time you spend focused. Follow your progress over time, spot patterns in your behavior, and understand where your attention is actually going. Hyud is designed to work with you throughout the day. Blocking can happen automatically based on your routines, and when something is off-limits, Hyud helps keep that boundary in place. Personalize Hyud with themes, app icons, and blocking screens. Additional themes, premium app icons, and premium blocking screens require Hyud Pro, purchased separately. Built using Apple's official Screen Time APIs, Hyud works directly with iOS to help reduce distractions without complicated workarounds. Less scrolling. Fewer distractions. More time for what actually matters. Available in 18 languages. Also available on Mac. HYUD PRO - PAID FEATURES Hyud Pro unlocks additional saved blocking sessions, allowances, reusable blocks, and location-based Block Zones, along with premium customization options.
