RunReady helps you plan today's run using Apple Health data and your own recent history. TODAY'S RUN See a suggested effort, the reasoning behind it, and available workout targets. Expand the score and data details to understand what contributed. iPhone guidance considers readiness and recent training information. YOUR PERSONAL BASELINE Resting heart rate, heart rate variability, respiratory rate and sleep can contribute. Each scoring signal needs at least seven valid observation days in the recent 30-day window, and at least two current signals are required for a score. Missing or outdated data is identified clearly. RUNNING AND RECOVERY Explore your health signals, running history, available recovery metrics and training information. On supported devices, on-device Apple Intelligence can provide an explanation; a built-in explanation is available otherwise. APPLE WATCH A compact Watch estimate, readable biometric rows, a refresh button and a watch-face complication. The Watch uses its own biometric calculation; see the iPhone app for training-aware run guidance. A home-screen widget is also included. PRIVACY No account required. Health data and derived results are processed and stored locally. Settings can sync between your paired iPhone and Apple Watch. No developer-operated cloud service or advertising analytics. RunReady provides general fitness information, not medical advice. Data availability depends on your devices and Apple Health records.
