YNTA is the working app for personal trainers and their clients. Clients, remaining sessions, your schedule and payments — in one place instead of a notebook and a chat thread. FOR TRAINERS • Client list. Add clients by QR code, from your contacts, or manually. • Session packages. Sessions are deducted automatically. YNTA alerts you when a client is down to their last two sessions or has run out — and reminds the client too. • Live workouts. Your client scans your QR code, you run the session from your phone, and they follow each exercise on theirs. They can signal you — too heavy, too light, need help — and every set lands in their history. • See at a glance which clients haven't trained for a week. • Programs and workout templates, with week-by-week plans. • Group classes with a participant limit. • Calendar and scheduling, with sync to your phone's calendar. • Client progress: weights, volume, personal records, body measurements and progress photos. • PDF progress reports to send to a client. • Chat with clients, including photos and videos. • Finances: payments and balances for every client, payment reminders for clients who have run out of sessions or haven't paid in a while, and CSV export. • A public profile with reviews, certificates and a before/after portfolio. FOR CLIENTS Working with your trainer is free: no subscription is needed for your schedule, history, progress or chat. • Your schedule and full training history. • Progress in charts — see the results you are paying for. • Body measurements, weight and progress photos. • A reminder when your sessions are running out. • Nutrition log. • Chat with your trainer and rate your sessions. TRAINING ON YOUR OWN • An AI-generated plan for your goal, level and available equipment. • A library of almost 800 exercises with images and instructions. • Log sets, reps and weight by tap — or by voice with YNTA Pro. Rest timer, supersets and drop sets. • Personal records and volume statistics. • Streaks and achievements. • Apple Health integration. Available in English, Russian and Kazakh. PRICING Trainers: launch promo — the first 12 months are free, with no client limit. After that, plans by number of clients: 5, 10 or 30. Clients and training on your own: free. YNTA Pro removes the limits on workout templates and AI-generated plans and adds voice logging, AI food recognition from a photo, AI workout insights and workout comparison. Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings.
