Subsfriend keeps every recurring payment in one ledger — streaming plans, cloud storage, gym memberships, mobile and internet lines, utility bills, insurance and free trials that are about to convert. Add what you pay, set a reminder, and see a monthly total you can actually trust. TRACK EVERYTHING THAT REPEATS • Four categories: Subscriptions, Utilities, Mobile and Internet, Insurance • Weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, yearly or a custom every-N-days cycle • Variable amounts for utility bills, so each confirmation records the real figure • Free trial mode with an end date, post-trial price and an early reminder • Payment method labels, tags and notes for account numbers or cancellation links REMINDERS BEFORE THE MONEY LEAVES • Choose how many days before each charge you want to be notified, and at what time • Optional daily digest with one morning summary of what is due • Confirm a payment in one tap or one swipe; the next due date rolls forward automatically SEE WHERE IT GOES • Dashboard with the current month total, annualised cost and a change-vs-last-month figure • Due in the next 7 days, plus a separate list of trials ending soon • Calendar month grid with per-day totals, a heaviest-day line and weekly load bars • Twelve-month spend chart with 3, 6, 12 month and all-time periods • Category breakdown, top five by cost, and annual, monthly, weekly and daily projections • Creep detector listing every item whose price was edited upward, with old and new amounts CANCEL AND KEEP THE CREDIT • Marking an item cancelled freezes it in an Archive with its full payment history • Running total of money released per month and per year across all cancellations • Restore an archived item at any time with a new payment date • Every cancellation earns one spin on Cancel Streak, a wheel that awards badges and titles QUICK ADD FROM A CATALOG • Search a catalog of common services and providers grouped by section • Tapping an entry pre-fills the name, category, default cycle and a suggested amount • A "Popular now" row shows what other devices are adding most • Price band footers tell you when your plan sits above the typical range for that service • Anything not in the catalog can be entered by hand in a few fields PRIVACY BY DESIGN • There are no accounts, no passwords and no third-party sign-in • Your items, amounts, history, charts and exports are stored on your device • The only identity is an anonymous device identifier you can view and copy in Profile • Optional price sharing sends nothing but a service key, a rounded amount and a currency code • Optional leaderboard participation can be switched off, which deletes your entry WORKS WITHOUT A CONNECTION • Adding, editing, confirming, cancelling, charting and exporting all work offline • The catalog is bundled and refreshed when a connection is available • Price bands simply disappear rather than showing placeholder numbers YOUR DATA, YOUR FILES • Export a CSV of every item and every payment entry • Export and import a JSON backup that merges without duplicating records • Delete all data in a two-step confirmation that also clears pending uploads
