AnswerFit helps you practice behavioral interview answers out loud and get honest, structured feedback — before the real loop. Record your answer to a real behavioral question, and AnswerFit scores it the way a strong interviewer would: not one vague grade, but a breakdown across the dimensions that actually decide the verdict — ownership, judgment, impact, structure, and more — each backed by quotes pulled from what you actually said. HOW IT WORKS • Pick a question and a target level (e.g. mid, senior, staff) • Record a 60–120 second spoken answer • Get a score out of 100, a clear verdict (below / at / above bar), and the one gap holding you back • See a suggested rewrite and a focused retry plan • Practice again and watch your score move WHY ANSWERFIT • Speak your answer, like a real interview — not type it into a chatbot • Evidence-based scoring: every rating is tied to your own words • Calibrated to the bar for different companies and seniority levels • Track progress across attempts and keep your notes per question Your recording is sent for transcription and never stored — only the text is kept, linked to your account. Free includes 5 scored reports a day.
