Evolve MVMT vs Knurl

The Evolve MVMT app is your gateway to a better gait. Track your walk performance and use in-app guidance with the help of the Evolve MVMT movement tracking device to help you walk better than you've ever walked before.

Knurl is a workout tracker with a coach built in. Whether you're walking into a gym for the first time or you've trained for years and want a coach that pays attention, it builds your plan and tells you what to do next. Answer six quick questions, or take a photo of your gym, and Knurl builds a plan around the equipment you actually have. Then the coach is there for the sets that matter. During your workout, the coach watches the sets you log and speaks up when it matters, not on a timer: a PR, the first set of a new lift, a drop in reps. Three strong sets in a row might get a suggestion to add a little weight. A pattern that looks like fatigue gets a note to back off before a bad rep. It's reasoning from your own training, not reading from a script. Underneath the coach is a serious tracker: full workout history, strength trends, PR tracking, a month in review with a card you can share, and CSV export whenever you want your data out. Coach chat can edit your templates directly when you ask it to — it always confirms first. Apple Health is built in, logging works offline, you can log in lbs or kg, and you can sign in with Apple. What's free, forever: logging workouts and sets, templates, full history, the month in review, and export. What's Pro, with a 7-day free trial: the AI coach and progress charts. I built Knurl by myself, for the people who want a coach in their pocket and the people who just want a tracker that has something to say.
