Hitting your step goal shouldn't feel like staring at a number that won't move. Foray turns your daily step goal into a real destination. Tell it how many steps you want, how far you want to walk, or how much time you have, and Foray finds a place nearby that's exactly the right distance away. A park. A coffee shop you've never tried. A bookstore across the neighborhood. Walk there and back, and your goal takes care of itself. WHY FORAY IS DIFFERENT Most fitness apps just count. Foray gives your steps a reason. Instead of an abstract number, you get a real place to go. • Set your goal your way: steps, distance, or the time you have • Get a real destination matched to what you like (parks, cafes, landmarks, trails, and more) • Already partway there? Walks are sized to what's left of today's goal • See the place before you go, with a photo or a look around the street out front where Apple Maps has it • Don't want to choose? One Pick hands you one place a day, with one pass • See every match on a map, numbered in the order Foray recommends • Walk there with your phone's own Maps app, no new navigation to learn • Follow your walk from the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island • Mark when you arrive and see your there-and-back split • See every place you've walked to on your Atlas, a private map • Every foray saves to Apple Health as a walking workout • Keep two streaks, your forays and your daily goal, with repairs for a missed foray day • Earn badges as you hit milestones, reach new places, and grow your streaks • Follow friends and see where they've been in your feed • Cheer on their walks and nudge a friend who's gone quiet • Design share cards for a walk, your day, your week, your Atlas or your profile • Walk together in real time with Co-Walk • Light or dark, Foray follows your phone or lets you choose YOUR PRIVACY, RESPECTED Foray uses your location to find your destination, then lets it go. It never records the route you walk. Your live position leaves your phone only when you choose to share a walk, and then only with the people you send that link to, only until you finish. Only the places you choose to visit are saved to your private history. No ads. No data selling. Not now, not ever. BUILT FOR REAL LIFE Fewer options nearby? Foray tells you honestly when a destination sits a little past your goal instead of leaving you stuck. Only have a 30-minute lunch break? Set a time goal instead of a step count. BETTER WITH FRIENDS Follow the people you walk with and see their forays in a shared feed. Cheer each other on, nudge a friend who's gone quiet, or start a Co-Walk and head out together in real time. FORAY PREMIUM Free to download and use. Premium adds Live Link, so someone you trust can follow your walk in their browser while you take it, with no app and no account on their end. It also adds notes and photos on your walks, every Insight and record, the unexplored places on your Atlas, Co-Walk groups up to 8, every category, 20 places a search, automatic streak repair, and more share card looks. Stop staring at a number. Start walking somewhere. SUBSCRIPTIONS Foray Premium - 1 month auto-renewing; 12 months auto-renewing.
