Sip is the whiskey companion that learns your palate and grows with it. Whether you're a curious newcomer reaching for your first dram or a seasoned collector hunting rare expressions, Sip gives you a personal sommelier in your pocket — one that knows the difference between a heavily peated Islay and a honeyed Speyside, and knows which one is yours. — PALATE QUIZ — Answer 5 quick questions and Sip maps your flavour profile to one of 10 distinct palate identities — from The Bourbon Soul and The Smoke Seeker to The Rare Hunter and The Sherry Devotee. Your identity isn't a label, it's a starting point. Sip refines your picks every time you engage. — SCAN BOTTLES & MENUS — Standing in a shop staring at a shelf you don't recognise? Or handed a bar menu five pages long? Point your camera at any bottle label or whiskey list and Sip will tell you exactly what to order — with tasting notes, pairings, and whether it fits your palate. — JOURNAL — Keep notes on every bottle you try. Sip remembers what you've drunk so recommendations stay fresh and your collection tells a story. — DAILY PICKS — Every morning, a fresh bottle chosen specifically for your palate. Not a generic bestseller list — a genuine recommendation backed by your taste profile, with tasting notes, style context, and why it's right for you today. — EXPLORE STYLES — Curious about peated Scotch but never tried it? The Explore tab walks you through new whiskey styles with guided picks — starting gentle, building in intensity — so you can step outside your comfort zone with confidence. — YOUR PALATE IDENTITIES — The Bourbon Soul · The Smoke Seeker · The Sherry Devotee · The Rye Rebel · The Orchard Wanderer · The Sweet Alchemist · The Rare Hunter · The Everyday Sipper · The Spice & Grain Seeker · The Wild Card No subscriptions.
