Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: AppSaver at 5.0 against Zwind's 3.6. AppSaver also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (daily vs every 5 days). Zwind's advantage is ratings volume (11 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Zwind sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and AppSaver sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
AppSaver holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Zwind has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Zwind's written reviews are positive against 73% of AppSaver's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Zwind ships an update every 5 days, AppSaver daily. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
