End the day-of-busy-but-nothing-done. Most days don't fail for lack of effort. They fail because everything felt urgent and nothing got decided. One Block fixes that with a single rule: choose ONE thing that matters today, protect the time with a focus timer, and see how it actually went. One block. One thing that mattered. Every day. ONE KEY SCENE A DAY — JUST ONE Pick the single most important thing to focus on today. One Block refuses to let you have two — by design. Do fewer things, deeper. The decision is the whole point. PLAN IT BEFORE IT HAPPENS Time-block your Key Scene on a clean calendar with day, week, and month views. Set it the night before, get a reminder before it starts, and let the timer carry you in. Time blocking that fits one focused day. A FOCUS TIMER THAT KEEPS YOU HONEST Start your block and the focus timer runs. Pauses are recorded as they happen, so deep work becomes something you build — not something you pretend. A calmer, more honest take on the classic pomodoro timer: one block, full attention. SEE HOW THE DAY ACTUALLY WENT Planned vs. actual. A Focus Score from 0 to 100. Streaks, Deep Focus Time, completion rate, your best time window, and recovery rate. Receipts you can trust — no more guessing what you got done. INSIGHTS THAT COACH, NOT JUDGE Clear progress summaries across day, week, month, and year. Optional AI insights turn your numbers into short, practical coaching so you keep improving. WHO IT'S FOR - Students preparing for exams - Side-project builders, coders, and indie makers - Writers, researchers, and creators - Anyone tired of confusing "busy" with "productive" WHY ONE BLOCK You don't need more tasks or another endless to-do list.
