hy Bakery UAE vs BiteBase

hy (meaning "local community" in Arabic) is Sultan's next chapter - a premium bakery and matcha concept. Inspired by the vibrant tastes and trends shaping modern café culture. The idea for hy was born at home, where Sultan noticed how much his wife and her friends adored matcha - not just for its health benefits, but for its aesthetics, versatility, and cultural appeal. He saw a growing appetite for mindful, beautiful, matcha-focused experiences - and an opportunity to create something fresh and unmatched in Abu Dhabi.
