Peptide Tracker is a private logbook and arithmetic dosing calculator for peptides and GLP-1 therapies used under the direction of a licensed healthcare provider. No account. No sign-in. No analytics. Everything you enter stays on your device. RECONSTITUTION CALCULATOR Enter your vial strength, the volume of bacteriostatic water you added, your syringe type, and the dose your provider directed. You get the resulting concentration in mg/mL, the volume to draw, the mark to fill to on the syringe, and how many doses the vial holds. It is arithmetic on the numbers you enter — nothing more. It does not recommend a dose. DOSE LOG Record what you took and when: substance, amount, unit (mg, mcg, IU or mL), route, and any notes. Your recent doses stay one tap away. VIALS Track each vial's remaining amount, concentration and expiry date. Logging a dose from a vial decrements it automatically, so the amount you see is the amount that is actually left. Vials are flagged in the app as they approach expiry, run empty, or expire. SCHEDULE Keep your planned cadence in one place — daily, every N days, specific days of the week, or on/off cycles — and get a reminder when a dose is due. SEARCHABLE CATALOG Common GLP-1 and provider-directed peptides, searchable by name or by the other names you may know them by. Add your own entries at any time. Research peptides are hidden by default and can be turned on in Settings. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - No account and no sign-in. - No analytics and no tracking. - Works fully offline. - Export everything you have entered as CSV or JSON whenever you want. IMPORTANT Peptide Tracker is a record-keeping and calculation tool. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or recommend any dose or substance. It does not sell, source, or link to any product. Always follow the instructions of your licensed healthcare provider, and use only the substances and protocols your provider directs.

Track every peptide dose, injection site and vial in one private app. Semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, TRT — log a dose in two taps and always know what is next. Built-in BAC water reconstitution calculator, a color-coded front-and-back injection site rotation map, vial inventory with low-stock alerts, and reminders that live on your device. Free to start, no account required. WHY PEPTIDE TRACKER • Reconstitution calculator — enter vial strength and BAC water volume, get the exact units to draw. No more mental math at the counter. • Color-coded injection site rotation — a front-and-back body map shows which sites are ready, recently used, or overused, so you're never guessing where to inject next. • Vial inventory that stays organized — record what is printed on each vial's label, track what is left, and get a low-stock alert before you run out. • Log any date, always — missed a day, or forgot to log this morning? Every entry can be logged or edited for any date, past or present. No app should ever lock you out of your own history. • Full protocol management — unlimited compounds and stacks, cycle and titration schedules, weekly or custom dosing days. • Progress that motivates — weight trends, adherence tracking, injection site balance, side-effect and mood notes, and before/after progress photos. • Built-in compound reference — quick profiles for common peptides and compounds (semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, and more), with identity, known names, and half-life information right where you're logging. • Apple Health sync — optional, weight only, entirely on your terms. • Local reminders — dose and schedule alerts that live on your device, not a marketing list. • Export anytime — CSV and PDF reports you can share with your provider whenever you want. WHO IT IS FOR GLP-1 users on a weight-loss protocol. Recovery and performance stacks. TRT and HRT schedules. Anyone who is tired of tracking injections in a spreadsheet or the Notes app. HOW IT WORKS 1. Add your compound and the vial details from its label. 2. Let the calculator work out your draw volume from strength and BAC water. 3. Log each injection in two taps — amount, site, and time. 4. Watch your rotation map, weight trend, and adherence update automatically. 5. Export a clean report before your next appointment. FREE TO START Track one protocol and log today's dose at no cost. Premium unlocks unlimited protocols, full injection rotation history, unlimited backdated logging, progress photos, and export — with a free trial, then weekly or yearly, no hidden pricing, cancel any time in your App Store account settings. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Everything you log is stored on your device first. There's no account to create, and your entries aren't sold or handed to advertisers. Export a CSV or PDF whenever you want your own copy. Peptide Tracker is a personal record-keeping tool. It performs arithmetic on the numbers you enter; it does not recommend or prescribe a dose, it is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice — always talk to a licensed healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any protocol.
