CarryOver

CarryOver turns the system Share Sheet into a simple bridge from quick discovery to focused follow-up. Useful things often appear when you are not ready to work on them: a post in a social app, a link in Safari, an article worth checking, or an idea from a chat. Share it to CarryOver on your iPhone, then come back later on iPad or Mac when you have more space to review, verify, and act. Save links, text, or images through the CarryOver share extension in apps that support the system Share menu. You can also add links, notes, and ideas manually. - Keep unfinished items in your inbox and move completed items to history - Search saved items - Set reminders that open the matching item - Favorite important items for later - See sync status and retry when needed Items are saved locally first. Cross-device sync requires the same Apple Account, iCloud enabled, and an internet connection. CarryOver saves what the source app shares. Web links open the original page rather than an offline full-text copy; internet access or a login may be needed.
Recto Notes

For years I kept separate apps: one for writing, one for reminders and to-do's. They never talked to each other. The idea lived in the notes app, the deadline in the to-do app, and I lived somewhere in between. So I built Recto. All on the same page. You just write a note and if you give a task a date with '@', that task automatically becomes part of your neatly organised Task Center. You work inside a note, focused on a single project. As ideas turn into things that need doing, you capture them right there and give them a date, without breaking your train of thought. The plan grows out of the writing instead of living apart from it. Recto - Inline tasks with dates, captured without leaving the note - Task Center: overdue, today, tomorrow, this week, next week - Native iOS, fast and quiet Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internetservices/itunes/dev/stdeula/
