SoulPing is a faith-based space for quiet reflection when your heart feels heavy, restless, grateful, or in need of peace. Open the app and receive a gentle daily verse, then choose what you need in the moment: • Mood to Verse for scripture-based encouragement • Soul Chat for a calm, grounded reflection • Whisper Prayer to turn what you are carrying into words you can pray • Light Notes to set down what weighs on your heart and see it in a kinder light • Journey to revisit recent echoes, moods, and moments of grace NEW — LIGHT NOTES Write down what's pressing on your heart. Notice the voice repeating in your head. Then try a gentler perspective, paired with a verse chosen for that exact feeling. Track each day with a five-level "inner sky" — from stormy to clear — and watch it change over time. NEW — WEEKLY REVIEW Your Journey tab now gathers everything in one place: a 7-day lantern strip of your sky, prayers, and moods; your inner-sky trend; the week's highlights; and the grace moments worth keeping. WHISPER PRAYER A four-step guide (Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, Supplication) leads you gently into honest prayer. Pray daily and light up your own prayer constellation. SoulPing is designed for short, meaningful check-ins throughout the day. Whether you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, grateful, or unable to sleep, the app helps you pause, breathe, reflect, and take one small next step. Key features: • Daily scripture and gentle reflection • Mood-based spiritual encouragement • Guided faith-centered chat prompts • Prayer drafting from your own words • Light Notes journaling with a five-level inner sky • Weekly review, prayer constellation, and simple streaks • Your notes stay only on your phone — nothing is uploaded or shared • English, Chinese, and French language support SoulPing is intended for spiritual encouragement and personal reflection only. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, crisis support, or a substitute for a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, support hotline resources are available inside the app.
