Learn options trading, then practice with virtual money. OptionsKing combines short lessons, quizzes and an options paper trading simulator with a screener for covered calls, cash-secured puts, the wheel and defined-risk spreads. LEARN OPTIONS STEP BY STEP Start with your first options contract and work through 107 lessons in 11 series. Study calls and puts, strike prices, expiration, assignment, premium, collateral and the Greeks. Worked examples explain the arithmetic. Each lesson ends with five questions, and missed questions return for review. Follow a learning path, continue where you left off and track completed lessons in Progress. Bundled lessons remain readable without an internet connection. PAPER TRADE WHAT YOU LEARN Practice with virtual cash. Explore a strategy, record what you expect to happen and follow the paper position through its outcome. Review the result and use the replay to explore a different stock price. Lesson practice missions connect the explanation to a paper trade. Paper trading is simulated practice. No real money is deposited or traded. Simulated outcomes do not predict live fills or investment results. SCREEN OPTIONS STRATEGIES Build a watchlist and compare covered calls, cash-secured puts and defined-risk spreads, including vertical spreads, iron condors and iron butterflies. Learn how puts and covered calls fit together in the wheel strategy. Each candidate carries a deterministic confidence score from 0 to 100. The list runs highest score first. Filter by return on capital and other criteria while keeping that order. Each ticker shows its best candidate per strategy. Inspect premium, collateral, break-even, estimated assignment probability and maximum loss where applicable. Tap unfamiliar terms for an explanation. A confirmed earnings date inside the expiry window excludes a candidate. There is no minimum score: the first idea can still be weak. A confidence score is not a probability of profit or a promise that a trade will succeed. FOLLOW YOUR PRACTICE Progress brings together lessons completed, reviews due and paper trades practiced. Sign in to sync your saved progress and settings across devices. An optional weekday notification brings a screening idea at 9am Pacific. AVAILABLE ON IPHONE AND IPAD OptionsKing is free to use. The current trading mode is Paper. It does not connect to a brokerage account or place, modify or cancel real orders. Market quotes require an internet connection and are delayed by roughly 15 minutes. OptionsKing is an educational and informational tool, not a financial adviser or broker. Options trading carries substantial risk of loss, including assignment and losses larger than the premium received. It is not suitable for every investor. Confirm prices and contract terms with your broker before making a real trade.
