About

Multe in Chiaro

Features

The app is in Italian and is designed for Italian traffic fines (Codice della strada). Multe in Chiaro creates a case file for each fine and guides you from the notice to the reply: • Scan the notice: text is read on your iPhone and every value stays "to be confirmed" until you check it. • Deadlines computed only from confirmed data (reduced payment, Justice of the Peace, Prefect), each with the official source and the date it was checked. • Compare Prefect appeal, Justice of the Peace, self-review request (autotutela) or payment. • Rule-based checks presented as hypotheses to verify, never as certain defects. • Pre-submission check: placeholders, signature, attachments, verified recipient, allowed channel and deadlines. • Sending and delivery are recorded only with a receipt attached. • Waiting for the reply: Prefect decision terms and reminders. A missing reply is never treated as an accepted appeal. • Export the whole case file or delete everything at any time. Privacy: photos, documents and receipts stay on your device. No servers, no ads, no tracking. Free: case files, text scanning, checks, deadlines, pre-submission check, your own text, proofs, reminders, export. Paid: the guided draft, for a single case (one-time purchase) or with Pro, an auto-renewing subscription for people managing several cases. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage them in your Apple account settings. Not legal advice.
